Gas Analysis Traverse Systems and Rakes

A complete range of rakes, traverse systems and software is available for analysing hot exhaust gas flow using, where appropriate, thermal barrier coated rakes and water-cooled rakes and traverse systems which are custom designed to be attached to your aero engine or gas turbine.

The equipment is designed to operate in temperature environments of 1,300°C upwards. By using a combination of rotational traversing actuators and purpose designed comb rakes gas sampling over the entire engine or rig exhaust cross section is achievable. Exhaust gas analysis software packages are available, interfaced to the gas analysis traverse systems, providing a complete and comprehensive gas analysis system.
